Über die Autorinnen und Autoren: Matthew J. DeLuca is president of Management Resource Group, Inc., a consulting firm specializing in professional placement, training, and outplacement. He is also director of Human Resources for Titan Sports, Inc. He has written several books for job seekers, and he conducts frequent workshops on careers for several universities.

John Lees has been involved in the training and developing of recruitment specialists since the mid 1980s, from both public and private sectors. He undertook an advisory role to the RN careers service, and has provided help for Army personnel beginning civilian careers.
