Did you know that some 2,200 people die of cardiovascular disease in the United States every day? When it comes to poor heart health in America, the numbers are staggering: more than two million heart attacks or strokes occur each year, 800,000 of which result in death.

Yet we exist in an overmedicated culture that tells us to live however we desire and then fix ourselves with surgery. And insurance companies encourage this by paying billions of dollars for invasive procedures while spending little or nothing in support of diet and lifestyle changes.

You’ll discover proven, safe, inexpensive methods you can incorporate into your life right now that have the potential to prevent and even reverse heart disease and other chronic illnesses—and the only side effects are good ones!
