Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor: Mor Harchol-Balter is the Bruce J. Nelson Professor of Computer Science at Carnegie Mellon University. She is a Fellow of both ACM and IEEE. She is also the author of the popular textbook Performance Analysis and Design of Computer Systems (Cambridge, 2013).
