An Introduction to Molecular Electronics

Molecular electronics is concerned with making solid-state crystals that form a single mass of transistors, diodes and resistors. Present uses include-liquid crystal displays and ferroelectric polymers in transducers. The field is a growing one, with the number of courses on it increasing rapidly. This book provides an introduction to the subject which will be of interest to advanced undergraduate and postgraduate students in a wide variety of discplines.
