The Third Edition presents thoroughly updated and revised information about all aspects of survey research and features expanded coverage of online surveys. Dillman's unique Tailored Design Method, thoroughly explained and illustrated in the book, is the preferred model for practice. This invaluable resource is crucial for any researcher seeking to increase response rates and obtain high-quality feedback from survey questions.
