CYNTHIA A. LENGNICK-HALL is Associate Professor of Strategic Management at Wichita State University. She has published articles in such journals as Academy of Management Review, Journal of Management, and Organization Studies.

MARK L. LENGNICK-HALL is Assistant Professor of Human Resources at Wichita State University. His articles have appeared in such publications as Academy of Management Review, Personnel Psychology, and Personnel Journal.
