In modern analysis, the subject matter of functional analysis includes the study of abstract spaces, operators and transformations of these spaces, which provides a general framework for finding solutions of various problems in applied mathematics and physics. These abstract spaces include the sequence spaces as important special cases and this book is the result of many research papers which represent an original contribution to the theory of sequence spaces and infinite matrices with their matrix transformations. So, the present book can help in improving the reader’s research abilities in this area.The main aim of this book is to generalize some classical methods of summability, introduce some new sequence spaces and study their topological properties, duals and matrix transformations, and characterize some classes of compact operators on these spaces which can be obtained as an application of the Hausdorff measure of noncompactness.

Dr. Abdullah K. Noman is an assistant professor of Mathematics in Al Bayda University, Yemen. He got Ph.D. in Mathematics from AMU, Aligarh, India in 2011.The author has published many research papers in international journals and was selected as a referee in some of them. Also, he presented some of his works in international conferences.
