In conjunction with the Center for the Partially Sighted of the Santa Monica Hospital Medical Center, Rand has examined the visual environmental adaptation problems of partially sighted adults. More generally, members of the Rand staff have investigated the service mix provided nationally to handicapped children, including those with limited eyesight.
