About the Author: Biswajeet Pattanayak (PhD) is Director of Asian School of Business Management, Bhubaneswar, Indian. He worked earlier as the Director of Indian Institute of Bank Management, Guwahati, and Professor in Human Resource Management & Organizational Behaviour in IIM Indore, IIM Lucknow and NITIE, Mumbai, India. Prof. Pattanayak has to his credit 21 books and 84 research publications in referred journals. His book 'Creating Performing Organisation' has been a Global best seller of Amazon.com. Dr. Pattanayak was adjudged as the Best Teacher in HR & OB by Deccan Herald (2005), the Best Professor in HRM by Dewang Mehta Foundation (2008) and the Best Teacher in Management by Deccan Herald (2008).
