In The Human-Modified Earth: Can We Fix It?, Dr. Martin Kaonga explores the environmental challenges facing our planet and asks whether the ecological crisis is more than a scientific or technological problem. Examining climate change, biodiversity loss, pollution, and resource depletion through the lenses of environmental science, sustainability, ethics, and faith, he argues that these issues reflect a deeper moral and spiritual crisis in humanity's relationship with creation. Drawing on his experience as a pastor, scientist, and theologian, Dr. Kaonga challenges readers to consider the values and behaviours driving ecological decline, while offering hope that meaningful restoration begins with both environmental action and human renewal.
