Contents clean with occasional very mild foxing. Family information for the Wagstaff family of Osberton Grange from 1832 to 1847 handwritten on front endpaper and tipped in page. This is a single volume edition also published in two volumes. Is 3.5kg and postage to the US will be around �45.
