For 10 years, Michael Perrott was an evangelist in the UK, Ireland, North America, Australia, and New Zealand. He worked with the Belfast YMCA, first as executive director and then as director of counselling and evangelism. Out of the counselling department at the YMCA grew Christian Guidelines, an organization devoted to counselling and the promotion of family life. Perrot was founder and the first director of this organization, a ministry in which his wife Hilary also shared.
Hilary Perrott has worked in administration in the commercial, medical, and legal worlds. She is currently a member of the Board of the YWCA of Ireland. She is also a fully qualified MBTI practitioner in private practice.
Together and separately, Michael and Hilary have done thousands of hours of counselling and teaching sessions on marriage and family life.
