How do you define true Christian faith? Is it found in practicing the rules and rituals found within the walls of the church? Is it all about how "good" of a person you are in our world, and the deeds you perform? Many Christians who claim to have saving faith have checked off a list of defining "Christian items," but when examined closely, really only have "religion." A recent study regarding the decline of Christianity in the United States showed that a dwindling sixty-five percent of Americans claim to be Christian. Yet, what are they basing their claim on? Are they truly born-again Christians, according to the biblical definition, or are they defining it by something else? The greatest, fundamental biblical truth is that true Christ followers will go to Heaven. Yet, according to Jesus's words, not all who proclaim to be Christian will get into Heaven because they don't have true faith. Within the illuminating pages of Heaven or Hell? How to Know If You Have True Christian Faith, author and pastor Mark Quigley delves into the definition and examples of "wrong faith," and shows readers how to know, beyond any doubt, that they are practicing true Christian faith, with the final destination of Heaven clearly in their sights. The author prays this book will reach people and lead them to have true saving faith in Jesus Christ. Pastor Mark Quigley grew up in a Christian home in Dansville, New York, and graduated from Liberty Baptist Theology Seminary with Masters of Arts in Religion and Masters of Divinity degrees. He is also a retired Air Force officer and has served churches in several states and three foreign countries. Mark enjoys golf, hiking, biking, and is a huge Buffalo Bills fan. He and Patty have been married for 41 years and have three children and eight grandchildren.
