THE GALLANT GRIZZLY and KNIGHTMARE were Australia's greatest superhero and supervillain, respectively. Now, twenty years since their last brutal encounter, the heated rivals find themselves struggling with life past their prime. CHRISTOPHER DIB is left jaded with a society unappreciative of his selfless service; meanwhile a letter from a former victim of her criminal past forces JESS KNIGHT to face her morality, or lack thereof. Knight seeks out Dib for guidance with the ultimate odd couple finding themselves on a coastal road trip for identity and purpose—doing their best not to kill each other along the way. Collects Has-beens #1-6, written by Patrick Sarkis (Ace) with art by Patrick Sarkis and Jacqueline Butterworth.
