Vishnu D. Rajput holds excellent academic records in Agriculture and Biological Sciences, having earned degrees with distinction in B.Sc. Ag and M.Sc. Ag from CS Azad University of Agriculture & Technology, India. He further pursued his Ph.D. from the esteemed Chinese Academy of Sciences, China, and completed his Post-doc from Southern Federal University, Russia. Currently, he serves as an Associate Professor (Leading Researcher) at Southern Federal University, Russia. His ongoing research focuses on soil contaminations, particularly the study of potentially toxic elements and metallic nanoparticles. Dr. Rajput's investigations encompass the bioaccumulation, bio/geo-transformations, uptake, translocation, and toxic effects of metallic nanoparticles on various aspects of plant physiology, morphology, anatomy, the ultrastructure of cellular and subcellular organelles, cytomorphometric modifications, and DNA damage. He has extensively detailed the current state of research in environmental science, shedding light on how nanoparticles and heavy metals interact with plants, soil, microbial communities, and the broader environment. With an impressive record of 300 scientific publications, Dr. Rajput has authored 300 peer-reviewed highly-rated full-length articles, 20 books, 60 chapters (indexed in Scopus), and 55 conference articles. He is renowned internationally for his expertise and contribution to the field and has reviewed 200 manuscripts for reputable journals, earning him an outstanding reviewing certificate from Elsevier and Springer. Dr. Rajput also serves on the editorial boards of various high-impact journals. For his outstanding contributions to academic, creative research, and publication activities, Dr. Rajput has received the “Certificate for Appreciation 2019” and the “Certificate of Honor 2020” from Southern Federal University, Russia. Abhishek Singh is a passionate scientist and researcher who is currently conducting cutting-edge research at the Institute of Biology, Applied Biology, and Ecology lab, Yerevan State University in the Republic of Armenia. Dr. Singh has a strong academic background in the fields of agriculture and biotechnology, having earned his doctoral degree from the esteemed Sardar Vallabh Bhai Patel University of Agriculture and Technology in Meerut, UP, India. Dr. Singh's academic journey started with an Integrated MSc in Biotechnology, with a specialization in Plant Studies, from the prestigious Sam Higginbottom University of Agriculture, Technology, and Sciences in Allahabad, India. Currently, Dr. Singh is focused on conducting research on the effects of salinity stress on various aspects of plant biology. His research covers a wide range of topics, including physiobiochemical characteristics, morphological transformations, anatomical variations, and the ultrastructure of cellular and subcellular organelles. Additionally, his research delves into the complexities of DNA, RNA, and protein damage, seeking to comprehensively understand the multifaceted impacts of salinity stress on plant life. Apart from his work on salinity stress, Dr. Singh is also delving into exploring the interactions between metallic nanoparticles and plants. His research covers the entire lifecycle of these nanoparticles, including their bioaccumulation, uptake, translocation, and the potential toxic effects they may cause. Athanasios Alexiou is the Head of Research & Education at Funogen Research Company in Greece, an Adjunct Professor at the University Centre for Research & Development at Chandigarh University in India, and the Department of Science and Engineering at the Novel Global Community Education Foundation in Australia. He is a Fellow at the International Institute of Biomedical Science and is highly ranked in the Computational Biomedicine field. He also focuses on developing novel mathematical models and algorithms in neurodegenerative diseases, prognostic Bayesian tools for Neurodegenerative disorders, and the ethical implications of scientific research. He serves as an Associate Editor in highly reputed journals; he is the author of more than 300 peer-reviewed articles/chapters/books in high-impact publications and 5 filled patents with an H-index of 33 and 5000 citations to his articles.
