Currently, informatics within the field of public health is a developing and growing industry. Clinical informatics are used in direct patient care by supplying medical practitioners with information that can be used to develop a care plan. Intelligent applications in clinical informatics facilitates with the technology-based solutions to analyze data or medical images and help clinicians to retrieve that information. Decision models aid with making complex decisions especially in uncertain situations. Anuradha D. Thakare (PhD) received her Ph.D in Computer Science and Engineering from SGB Amravati University, M.E. degree in Computer Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University and BE degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Sant Gadge Baba Amravati University, Amravati, India. She is working as a Professor in Computer Engineering Department and Dean International Relations at Pimpri Chinchwad College of Engineering, Pune. Anuradha is Secretary of Institution of engineering & Technology Pune LN, Member of IEEE and ACM. She is PhD guide in Computer Engineering in SPPU, Pune. She has been a General Chair of IEEE International Conference ICCUBEA 2018 and Advisory member for International Conferences. She worked as reviewer for Journal of International Blood Research, IEEE transactions and Scopus Journals. She is reviewer and Examiner for PhD defense for state/National University. Anuradha is a researcher in Machine Learning, Data Analytics and Evolutionary Optimizations. She has developed various hybrid evolutionary algorithms. Currently, she is working on various projects in IT enabled Healthcare, Clinical Informatics etc. All her upcoming research work is confined to Metaheuristic techniques for optimization. She has published 78 research papers in reputed Conferences and Journals with indexing in Scopus, IEEE, Web of Science, Elsevier and Springer etc. She received Research project grant and workshop grants from AICTE Quality Improvement Scheme, Quality Improvement Program-Savitribai Phule Pune University, Board of College and University Development-Savitribai Phule Pune University, Pune and Maharashtra State Commission for Women. She Received Best Women Researcher Award and Best Faculty Award from International Forum on Science, Health & Engineering. She received best paper award in International Conferences. Delivered 20 expert talks on Machine Learning, Evolutionary Algorithms, Outcome Based Education etc. she worked with industries like Defense Research Development Organization, National Chemical Laboratory etc. for research projects. She is working as Subject Chairman for various Computer Engineering subjects under Savitribai Phule Pune University (SPPU). She contributed for Savitribai Phule Pune University syllabus Content designing and revision.
Sanjeev Wagh , working as Professor in Department of Information Technology at Govt. College of Engineering, Karad. He has completed his BE(1996), ME(2000) & PhD(2008) in Computer Science & Engineering from Govt. College of Engineering, Pune & Nanded. He was full time Post Doctorate fellow at Center for TeleInfrastructure, Aalborg University, Denmark during 2013-14. He has also completed MBA in IT from NIBM (2015), Chennai. His research interest areas are Natural Science Computing, Internet technologies & Wireless Sensor networks, Data Sciences & Analytics. He has 71 research papers to his credit, published in International /National Journals & conferences. Currently 5 research scholars are pursuing PhD under his supervision in various Universities. He is fellow member of ISTE, IETE, ACM & CSI. He is co-editor for 4 International Journal in Engineering & Technology.
Manisha Bhende (PhD) working as Associate Professor in Dr. D Y Patil Institute of Engineering Management and Research, Pune. She has completed BE(1998) ,ME(2007) and PhD(2017) in Computer Engineering from University of Pune and bachelors degree from Government College of Engineering , Amravati, India. Her research interests are IoT and Wireless Networks, Network Security, Cloud Computing, Data science and Machine learning, Data analytics etc. She has 39 research papers/book chapters in International, National conferences and Journals. She delivered expert talk on various domain such as Wireless Communication, Wireless Sensor networks, Data Science, Cyber Security, IoT, Embedded and Real Time Operating System , IPR and Innovation etc. She has Published 4 Patents and 3 Copyrights Received on her credit. She is reviewer/Examiner for PhD thesis and ME dissertations for state/National University. She is associated with PhD research canters. She is working as Editor/reviewer for various national/International repute Journals and Conferences. She is coordinator of IQAC, IPR Cell, IIP Cell, Research Cell at institute level. She is working as Subject Chairman for various Computer Engineering subjects under Savitribai Phule Pune University (SPPU). She contributed for SPPU syllabus Content designing and revision . She received Regional young IT Professional award by CSI in 2006. She is member of ISTE, ACM, CSI, IAENG, Internet Society etc.
Ahmed M. Anter received M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in computer science from Mansoura University in 2010 and 2016, respectively. He is worked in CITC, Mansoura University as a team leader software development from 2006-2010, then he worked in Faculty of Computer Science and Information System, Jazan University, Saudi Arabia as a lecturer from 2011-2014. He is currently an Associate Professor with the Faculty of Computers and Artificial Intelligence, Beni-suef University, Benisuef, Egypt from 2015-now. He is one of the founding members of the Scientific Research Group in Egypt (SRGE). He has over 30 scientific research publications and serves as a reviewer for various international journals and conferences. His main research interests include pattern recognition and intelligent systems, machine learning, meta-heuristics, and optimization. Finally, Anter joined Shenzhen University as post-doctor fellow with the School of Biomedical Engineering.
Xiao-Zhi Gao is an esteemed academic with an extensive background in technology and computing. He commenced his academic journey at Harbin Institute of Technology, China, where he earned both his B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees. Dr. Gao further advanced his education at the Helsinki University of Technology, now known as Aalto University, Finland, where he obtained his Ph.D. degree in 1999. With over 22 years of experience in teaching and research, Dr. Gao has established himself as a leading figure in the field. Since 2018, he has been a Professor od Data Science at the University of Eastern Finland, Kuopio, Finland, where he continues to contribute significantly to the academic community. Dr. Gao's editorial roles are remarkable. He serves as chief editor, associate editor, and a member of the editorial board for several prominent soft-computing journals, including Swarm and Evolutionary Computation, Information Sciences, and Applied Soft Computing. His scholarly output is impressive, with over 500 technical papers published in refereed journals and international conferences, and more than 400 SCI/SCOPUS research articles to his name. In addition to his extensive list of articles, Dr. Gao has authored 2 books and edited 4 books for renowned publishers such as Springer and IGI Global. His research is particularly focused on nature-inspired computing methods, with applications spanning optimization, prediction, data mining, signal processing, control, and industrial electronics. This breadth of interest underscores his deep understanding and innovative approach to complex technological challenges. Dr. Gao's academic achievements are further highlighted by his impressive Google Scholar H-index of 44, reflecting the widespread influence and high citation rate of his work. His dedication to advancing the frontiers of knowledge in computing and technology makes him a vital asset to the global academic and scientific community. His ORCID is 0000-0002-0078-5675.
