Kenneth McKenzie Clark, Baron Clark OM CH KCB FBA (13. Juli 1903 – 21. Mai 1983) war ein britischer Autor, Museumsdirektor, Rundfunkanstalter und einer der bekanntesten Kunsthistoriker und Ästhetiker seiner Generation, der eine Reihe von Büchern schrieb, die eine breite Öffentlichkeit ansprechen und gleichzeitig ein ernsthafter Gelehrter blieben. 1969 erlangte er internationalen Ruhm als Schriftsteller, Produzent und Moderator der BBC-Fernsehserie Civilisation, die Pionierarbeit in der Fernsehdokumentarserie leistete, die fachmännische personalisierte Erzählung mit aufwendiger Fotografie vor Ort kombiniert. Dies ist eine Fortsetzung (Band 2) seiner Autobiografie.
