He lives in Munich. Michael Siebler is a journalist and classical archaeologist. Since 1986, he has been a journalist on the cultural section of the Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung and on the ancient history journal Antike Welt. His published work has focused on research into Homer, Troy, and Heinrich Schliemann.
