With 24 facsimile and photographic illustrations, one folding out. Chapter initials designed by Mallette Dean. One of 750 copies printed at the Grace Hoper Press. Fine copy; dustjacket a little age-toned but has certainly kept the book covers bright and fresh. Book Club of California Two Hundredth Book 168.
