Unveiling a storied part of Green Bay's history, Golden Era: The Heart of Wisconsin Sidelines captures what it was like to cheer on Green Bay's football team in the early years. Delve into the history of the Green Bay Packers' original sideline team from the 1950s-1970s, The Lumberjack Band and cheerleaders, aptly named "Golden Girls," took to the field to provide entertainment, support, and above all else, encouragement for the team.
"Never in my experience have I ever witnessed a better display of spirit. I have often been told that Green Bay was one of the best sporting towns in the Northwest. I believe it now..." - Ed Smith, Dean of the Chicago Sport Writers in 1921
