Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor
Orlando Murrin is The Express Clever Cook and the editor of BBC Good Food Magazine. He was taught to cook by his mother. He started his professional life as a pianist, but like many musicians found himself more and more fascinated by food. In 1992 he won through to the semi-finals of MasterChef without ever having watched the programme.
