We often cross the most profound thresholds in life with no road maps. We embark on life s most cherished or most difficult transitions without handy guidebooks or tools for creating change with greater ease. The Six Gates of Completion provides a clear path for a grounded sense of living in completeness, for facing transitions while expanding into the life we most want to create. Each of the three parts in the book paves a path for increased ease through transitions, great and small, using vignettes, instructions, and exercises. Part I answers questions about what completion is and is not and shows you how to become more internally resourced and enhance sensory awareness. Part II highlights teachings on how to reach healthy states of completion through what Ms. Brown calls the Six Gates of Completion. Part III invites you to look more deeply into your Self with the guiding encouragement of what she calls Soul Play, exercises that challenge or tease the deeper places within your being and your body, within your sensations and your heart, to bring what is your unarguable truth to the foreground.
