I Am Full Of Colors helps children navigate big feelings by following a few simple inner cues, mindfulness techniques and meditation tools so that they remember the beauty of who they are. “Some of my feelings are gentle, like a morning sunrise. Some are of my feelings are strong, like elephant clouds.”

“As a counselor myself, I love (these tools) for my daughter.” I. Aryumugam, US

This book conceptualizes the tools taught in Michelle’s The Greatest Little Meditation Guidebook, Book 1 and dives into what our colors (our feelings) can feel like. It’s perfect for grade K - 3 classrooms, therapy practices and homeschooling groups. It’s also a great bedtime read to process our emotions of the day, when we swap stories with our children and normalize the wide variety of feelings that pass through us every day.

Emotional well-being and self regulation can help your child release what’s bothering them, come to calm and feel good. When children learn meditation early on, they carry these techniques with them throughout their lives. These beginning meditation tools for children also help the whole family find inner peace, during quiet time and at bedtime.
