You and Your Folk is a book originally compiled by Kurt Schrey under the title Du und Dein Volk. It was intended as a gift for young boys and girls upon graduation. This updated edition not only preserves the original content but also includes three new chapters that expand on the central theme of this book.

It addresses the youth, guiding them through reflections on their youth, the significance of their ancestors, and the importance of finding a partner and family. It culminates with a focus on the core principle that unites all these elements: the Folk. The book then delves into the relationship between the Folk and the State, discussing both the challenges and future possibilities that lie ahead.

Additionally, this edition features some artwork and an ancestor table, allowing young readers to reflect on their own heritage and fill in their family history.
