35 step-by-step pompom projects for children aged 7+

This fantastic My First book shows children how to make pompoms from wool and paper and then how to use them in 35 colorful crafts. In Chapter 1, Pompom Creatures, there is a fantastic pompom menagerie including a wonderfully woolly bunny, owls, and spiders, and some not-so-scary puppet monsters. In Chapter 2, Celebrate with Pompoms, the festive season and holiday season are given a pompom twist with creative ideas such as a cute Christmas robin, decorative Easter eggs, and a pompom pumpkin for Halloween. In Chapter 3, Pompom Accessories there are lots of creative ways to make pompoms a bright and original addition to bags and clothing as well as attractive jewelry in their own right. In Chapter 4, Pompom Decorations, discover how to brighten the home with pompoms, such as fabulous flowers and fairies, and eye-catching garlands. Each of the projects is broken down into simple illustrated steps and has a skill rating, starting with very easy and progressing as children become more experienced at making pompoms.
