Finding Love in Special Places Short Story Series is an anthology of short stories 20,000 words and under. This collection includes mostly sweet romances with a few passionate kisses and adult language. It’s the perfect collection to enjoy a story during a break or to sit back and enjoy for an afternoon.
This anthology includes:
Finding Love on Christmas Vacation: Lucy dreads spending Christmas at her father’s cabin, especially since this is the first year he won’t be there. When she shows up and finds a window broken, and forest critters inhabiting the cabin, she’s forced to stay with Maverick, a friend of her father's, in a nearby cabin. Maverick and Lucy hit it off instantly, but will her father’s final wish push them apart instead of bringing them closer?
Finding Love on the Summer Surf: Cynthia desperately needed a few days of peace. Now she’s ready for sun, sand, salty water, a few bottles of wine, and a smutty story on her audio player. When Cynthia gets caught in a rip tide, Michael comes to the rescue. Suddenly, the weekend they both planned is pulled out to sea as these two get lost in the tumble of the surf.
Finding Love with Dear Santa: When Faith McMillian returns to Merryland with her son, Luke, right before Christmas, the last thing she wants is love. All Faith wants to do is figure out how to get her life back on track. When her son forces her to write a Dear Santa letter with him, that is the only thing she asks for. Peter Sterling enjoys playing Santa and making wishes come true for people in Merryland. When his high school best friend’s son sits on his lap to share his Christmas wish, Peter is curious about their wishes. Will Faith return to New York to rebuild her life, or will Peter somehow fulfill her Dear Santa's wish?
Finding Love with a Champagne Toast: After a divorce, Karen Reed is ready for solace and sunshine in Hawaii. With a long flight over and a friendly seat companion, Karen is looking forward to a light dinner and a good night's sleep at her resort. When Hudson and Karen end up at the same resort, they share a meal and decide to take advantage of the company, the sunshine, and the romance that quickly builds. But when the week is over, will they be able to go their separate ways after sharing a final champagne toast?
Finding Love on the High Seas: Rainey Caldwell thrived on her work as a geneticist, even though she doesn’t like people. She prefers studying DNA to talking to a human. When it comes to social activity, Rainey is awkward and filled with anxiety. That feeling will only intensify when two old high school friends show up on the cruise ship she’s stuck on for six days. When Rainey and Zack decide to forget about the past, they enjoy the vacation, but when the ship docks, they are unsure of what to do with their newfound appreciation for each other.
Finding Love on a Dude Ranch: When Heather Tate lands at an airport in Jackson Hole, Wyoming, she’s not doing it because she wants to. She’s only here to help a friend. Little does she know that when the ranch hand appears at the airport, she’s about to go for the ride of her life. Will Heather find a way to have all that she loves? Or lose the cowboy who rode off with her heart?
Finding Love at the Farmers Market: Sandi Warrenton hadn’t returned to her old town in many years, but when her friend Maggie called and asked for help, she hustled back to be at her side. With Maggie dealing with a horrible diagnosis, Sandi will do everything she can to help her with her small-town bakery. Now Sandi must decide where her future will lie and how much to take on as she starts on a new path that might end with her finding love at the Farmer’s Market.
