Jill C. Cash, MSN, APN, FNP-BC is a Family Nurse Practitioner in a Primary Care Practice in Illinois. Jill has practiced as an NP since 1996 in primary care. In addition, she taught nursing at Southeastern Illinois College (2 years), Southern Illinois University @ Edwardsville, where she taught in the FNP graduate program (3 years) and Southeast Missouri State University (4 years). Ms. Cash received an MSN in High Risk Obstetrics in 1991 as well as a Post-Master Degree in FNP and her ANCC certification as an FNP in 1996. Her professional memberships include the Am College of NPs, the National Assoc for NPs in Women's Health, The Am Academy of NPs, AWHONN and STT. She is co-author of the first edition of Family Practice Guidelines.

Glass, MSN, WHNP, RN-BC is a Women's Health Nurse Practitioner who currently practices as a Clinical Research Specialist for KePRO in the Medical Solutions Unit in Nashville TN and is a Clinical Instructor @ Vanderbilt Univ School of Nursing. Previously, she has been a Clinical Trainer and Trainer Manager for Healthways/American Healthways. Her previous practice as an NP was as Clinical Research Coordinator at Nashville Clinical Research and as Collaborative Clinical OB Practice with the Director and Assistant Directors of Maternal-Fetal Medicine @ Vanderbilt Univ Medical Center Dept of OB /GYN. She is certified as a Women's Health Care NP by the National Cert Corporation. She is a member of the AANP, the ACNP, the AWHONN, the NPWH, and STT. She is the author of several book chapters and is co-author of Family Practice Guidelines. She has published five refereed journal articles. In 1999, Ms. Glass was named Tennessee Chapter AWHONN Nurse of the Year.
