The two biggest questions any human being can ask are, What is the meaning of life? and How do I please God? The world tries to answer the first and comes up empty. The church tries to answer the second and too often comes up short. As it turns out, the answer to both is the same.In a straightforward, conversational style, Douglas Goodin proclaims that which is so simple yet so profound. He wants you to grasp and grapple with the implications of the glory of Jesus. He has written in hope that he might motivate you to live intentionally Christ-obsessed in all things.

Douglas Goodin is the senior pastor of Front Range Alliance Church in Colorado Springs, CO. He is also the founder and president of Cross to Crown Ministries and the New Covenant School of Theology. He grew up in a suburb of St. Louis, MO. After gaining an undergraduate degree in music, and planning for a career as a songwriter/guitar player, he received a clear and unmistakable "inner call" to pastoral ministry. He immediately enrolled at Covenant Seminary. While studying at Covenant, he was called to serve as Associate Pastor of FRAC in January, 1999. Doug completed his M.Div. at New Geneva Seminary (Colorado Springs), and in January of 2006 became the senior pastor.
