Our contemporary missional challenge is to plant as many healthy churches as possible among the thousands of unreached peoples in hurting communities from the inner cities of America to the far-flung corners of the earth. For the last two millennia, the risen Christ has called his Church to go and make disciples of all nations, beginning with our own Jerusalems. We designed the Evangel Dean School to equip leaders who will multiply qualified spiritual laborers to live and demonstrate the Good News among those who are poor and oppressed, those least likely to hear the Good News of Christ. This booklet is the official guide to the devotionals, plenaries, and critical graphic illustrations for our Dean School training.World Impact’s commitment to church planting among the broken is clear and bold: to recruit, empower, and release urban leaders who will plant churches and launch indigenous church planting movements. We established The Evangel School of Urban Church Planting to equip church planters to plant healthy churches among the city’s poor. Through assessment, coaching, and consultation, we facilitate church plant teams to use biblical wisdom as they engage unreached neighborhoods, with the goal of planting the kind of churches where Christ will be honored, the Word of God preached, and justice and compassion demonstrated for all to see.Join us as we obey the great command of Christ to go into all the world to make disciples by planting thousands of healthy churches in communities where Christ is not yet known!
