Ethical leadership shapes pedagogy in education, where technological advancement outpaces norms and safeguards. As AI becomes integrated into teaching and learning environments, educational leaders must ensure responsible and equitable use of intelligent tools. This involves addressing concerns like data privacy, algorithmic bias, transparency, and the preservation of human-centered learning. Ethical leadership aligns technological progress with core educational values, fostering trust, inclusivity, and critical thinking. In this context, pedagogical transformation may reimagine education in ways that empower learners while upholding social responsibility. Ethical Leadership and Pedagogical Transformation in AI-Driven Education explores how ethical leadership shapes the integration and use of AI in education, ensuring technological innovation aligns with fairness, transparency, and accountability. It examines how these ethical considerations drive pedagogical transformation, influencing teaching practices, learning experiences, and the broader goals of education in an AI-driven context. This book covers topics such as higher education, pedagogy, and algorithmic bias, and is a useful resource for educators, engineers, academicians, researchers, and scientists.
