Über die Autorinnen und Autoren: Kesavan Dhanapal is currently an Assistant Professor of Finance at SRM Institute of Science & Technology, Vadapalani, Chennai. Prior to his academic career, he worked for 4 years as a Scale I officer at City Union Bank, where he gained expertise in Credit and Startups and was instrumental in introducing Cash Deposit Machines (CDMs) throughout the country. He also worked for 4 years as a Business Analyst at Client Digital Ltd, Chennai, where he was responsible for Fund Raising and New Projects Handling. With 4 years of teaching and research experience, Dr. Dhanapal's research interests include Service Marketing, Financial Management, Renewable Energy, and Sustainable Development. He has published 47 articles in various journals and authored 3 books. Notably, he has also served as an advisor to the Telangana Government for the Direct Beneficiary Transfer scheme in Agriculture Development.

Mari Anand N. has a rich experience of 10 year in the field of teaching and expertise in the field of Marketing and Human Resource Management.
