Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor: Especialista en historia de la arquitectura, la construcción y el urbanismo de los siglos XIX y XX, Bertrand Lemoine ha comisariado varias exposiciones y ha publicado innumerables artículos sobre arquitectura y la historia de las estructuras de hierro y metal, así como diversos libros sobre Gustave Eiffel. Lemoine es director de las publicaciones Architecture Acier Construction y Acier, revue d’architecture. Ha sido editor jefe de AMC-Le Moniteur Architecture y L’Acier pour Construire.
