About the Author: The author is an Assistant Professor at 8 Mai 1945 University, Guelma and a PhD candidate in American Studies at the University of Badji Mokhtar, Annaba. He has taught English as a foreign language for about 17 years in secondary school (16-21 ages). In 1992 he graduated from Annaba University (BA in English) and immediately found a job as a teacher of English language in secondary school where he received his CAPES (certificate of proficiency in teaching EFL) in 1997. He fulfilled the job of teacher of English with broad expertise in TEFL. He prepared and organized workshops for trainee teachers in Secondary School and organized theme-related courses and events. In 2003 he was admitted to a postgraduate project at Annaba University to prepare for the degree of Magister (MA) in American studies. In 2010, he became an Assistant professor of American studies at the University of 8 Mai 1945 in Guelma with areas of competence in literature, civilization, culture and politics. He lectures on American Civilization, Anglophone literature, language and civilization "License LMD" and Master and holds service positions at the department(Deputy-Head of Department in charge of Pedagogy 2010- 2012, Manager of the Training Team in Charge of Subjects. From 2012 on, he has been a Guest Member of the Scientific Committee of the Department. He performs in-service presentations to share knowledge with colleagues and organize and prepare seminars. He has received two training and research grants to Paris x, Nanterre University (France) and Jordan University, Amman (Jordan) in 2012 and 2013 respectively, and then Nanterre University again in 2014.
