Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor: Dr Ivan Gray holds professional and academic qualifications in social work and management and specialises in management development. He is programme leader for the BA in Health and Social Care Management and MA in Leading and Developing Services at Bournemouth University.
Richard Field is a qualified accountant and management development specialist with extensive experience of working with managers and leaders across the public, voluntary and private sector. He has worked in local government as well as the private sector and has advised many organisations on the development of effective approaches to planning and budgeting.
Keith Brown holds professional qualifications in nursing, social work and teaching and has worked in education and training for more than 15 years. He is currently Director of the Centre for Post-Qualifying Social Work at Bournemouth University and has published widely in national and international journals.
