Ecosites, Ecocentres And The Implementation: Of European Union Environment And Sustainable Development Policies

This report summarises the 4th Ecolink Workshop and was written by the European Commission Joint Research Centre, under the auspices of the EcoDev Action, which forms one of the JRC's institutional activities under the European Union's 6th Framework Programme for Research and Technological Development (2002-2006). The main objective of this Action is to produce monitoring tools for the evaluation of sustainable development at local level with emphasis on urban and regional processes.
