The Flemish Primitives have long been recognized for their paintings, but their drawings have until now often remained concealed in the obscurity of print rooms. The Rubenshouse now organizes an exhibition bringing together an essential selection of the most representative drawings, from all over Europe and the United States. It brings us to 4 artists who appeal to the imagination: Jan van Eyck, Rogier van der Weyden, Hugo van der Goes and Hieronymus Bosch, each with their group of followers. The extensively illustrated catalogue combines highly original and rare material for an art-loving public.
