Energy in Motion Expanding With DNA Releasing

I'm calling this book an expanded version of my first book, Energy in Motion: Stories and Lyrics Uniquely Mine by Janel, published in 2011. You see, my original intent was to share just my lyrics and poems with others, but after doing so through other methods it felt as though there was something missing. So for the first edition, I found it was important for me to tell the story behind each poem and lyric to provide context. I have continued that theme with this book for greater clarity in my stories and lyrics.

Many of the lyrics came to me later in my life, after retirement while I was in the process of recovering from injuries to both knees. During that process, I had ample time to review some of my life experiences. I also had the opportunity to attend a writing class at the local University where the assignments were focused on writing about our past experiences. I was surprised when the lyrics came flooding in while I was feeling the emotions of those past experiences. It was also quite a surprise how therapeutic it felt to me. I had found a way to release the emotions while the memories remained intact. It was very similar to my work with the Sedona Method® by Hale Dwoskin.

Since that time, I have now added new information to all the stories. I have expanded each story to include how I became consciously aware of extra strands of my DNA releasing simply because of a life experience. I found the correlation between the two in Kryon Book Twelve by Lee Carroll-Platinum Publishing House. As you will see later, his book described to me how all twelve layers of DNA become activated through releasing. Following his work through the years has given me great insight and I will be forever grateful for finding his messages.

There were others as well, and I would like to add some personal information about some of the authors I mentioned in my acknowledgements. In retrospect, I find that my gratitude for finding the Ronnastar website with messages from (AA Michael) is profound. Ronna taught me the importance of being connected and in communication with our families here on earth, as well as beyond. Lee Carroll from the Kryon Group opened my mind, heart and soul to new possibilities and potentials. And there were others from the Kryon group who were significant in my personal growth. Deb DeLisi engaged all my senses with her art through sight, sound and feelings. Todd Ovokaitys, M.D. taught me about rejuvenation and longevity through laser and sound technology. Peggy Phoenix Debro taught me how to integrate all that I was receiving within my entire Body of Consciousness through awareness of my UCL (Universal Calibration Lattice), and how to be and live in Infinite Love. Then there was the advice from the Lightworker group by Steve and Barbara Rother that introduced me to the gentle touches available through listening to my highest thoughts and expressing them. From The Crimson Circle family, Geoffrey and Linda Hoppe taught me about finding joy and laughter. They helped me not to take myself so seriously. I like to refer to these talented people as my Master Teachers.

At this point in my life, I feel my purpose is to put all of this amazing information into a simple, practical and useful resource so that others may come to know contentment in their own skin or as I like to call it their embodied enlightenment as was introduced in my first book.

What is Enlightenment you might ask? According to Adamus St. Germaine, let me paraphrase, it is simply a state of being. It is the continuous state of knowing, beyond all doubt, that you are the source energy of life itself. You can realize this eternal truth when examining your very own existence, examining your moment-to-moment conscious awareness.

I have been taught by some amazing scholars and Masters of the spiritual and scientific worlds and I have learned much from them. Therefore, let me introduce you to the concept of energy in motion, not only throughout the entire Universe but specifically within our body of consciousness. Our Body of Consciousness includes our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual bodies.

Once we get our Body of Consciousness in motion, there is unlimited energy that will suddenly appear (or so it seems). Yes, this unlimited energy is to help us fulfill our greatest passion here on earth. Some people may say it feels like being in the 'zone.' Even though being in the zone is usually referred to while playing a sport, I like to think that we can be in the zone in all areas of our lives and that we can even expand the zone.

For instance, I have found that it is possible to be in the zone while doing housework, laundry and other daily tasks, even at work. After practicing the concept, the more routine it became. The zone started to become larger and lasted longer and the expanded zone was especially apparent while I was writing or speaking inspired messages. It became a 'knowing,' something I just knew I had to say. Everything started to become clearer for me when I took the class to become a Certified Channel in 2003, I had to travel to Breckenridge, CO, by myself while still in severe pain from meniscus tears in both my knees. If it were not for the assistance of many people helping me at the airport and shuttling me to the Summer Conference on the mountain, I would have had to cancel a trip that I had been planning for a very long time to celebrate my retirement. I just knew deep inside that I needed to be at this particular Summer Conference, I was not disappointed. The added attraction was signing up for a class about the 'ethics' of channeling. That offer impressed me because not everyone was ready to accept channeling as a way of hearing and communicating with entities from beyond. If I was going to write my inspired messages, I definitely wanted to know about the ethical side of the practice. It was very interesting for me to experience and recognize all the human angels who came to my assistance on my trip to Breckenridge in 2003. Then during the channeling class we were taught how to recognize the energies of some of the Arc Angels and Ascended Masters. That experience had an overwhelming effect on my entire belief system. It was amazing and wonderful, almost too good for words.
