E-moderators are the new generation of teachers and trainers who work with learners online. Dr Gilly Salmon is a member of the Centre for Information and Innovation at the Open University Business School and is School of Management and Economics Visiting Professor at Queen's University, Belfast. She has extensive personal experience of teaching and e-moderating in open and distance education and training. Along with researching teaching and learning online, she explores creativity, imagery and cognitive mapping for change management.
