Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor:
George Bruns and Xavier "X" Atencio, both Disney Legends, created "Yo Ho (A Pirate's Life for Me)" together, with Atencio writing the lyrics and Bruns composing the melody. Bruns composed the scores for over a dozen Disney movies and was a four-time Academy Award nominee for his work with Disney. Atencio started his career with Disney as an animator, working on classic Disney films. He later became an Imagineer and scriptwriter and helped create several Disney Parks attractions.
Mike Wall began his career as an illustrator at the age of sixteen. He went on to become a graphic designer, as well as a background and visual development artist for the animation industry, and has illustrated many children's books.
