One of 280 copies printed by the Grabhorn Press on French handmade paper. Prospectus laid in. With the small bookplate of Joseph Halle Schaffner (1897-1972), a director of the Hart Shaffner and Marx clothing manufacturing firm and whose notable collection of rare books in the history of science and medicine is in the of the University of Chicago Library.
