In this book, you will find some insights that will help you deal with some issues you may be struggling with and that are taking a toll on your life or are robbing you of the potential to enjoy a productive, positive, and abundant life. The author deals with such issues as low self-image, obsessive guilt, rooted bitterness, and more. In addition, he proposes practical steps to enhance life with what he calls "secrets for a positive and meaningful life," including learning to rest, having a sound knowledge of yourself, and having a sound knowledge of God, which helps you to have a better and more intimate relationship with God. His emphasis throughout the book is the conviction that the knowledge and understanding of God's truth sets people free. Johnny F.
