You showed up for 30 days. Now it's time to progress.

The Disciplined Dad: Phase 2 — Progression builds on the foundation you created in Phase 1 with an eight-week bodyweight movement program designed for busy dads who are ready for the next step.

No gym. No complicated equipment. No extreme workouts.

Instead, you'll train across five focused areas—Legs, Push, Pull, Core, and Mobility—with simple workout tables that make it easy to open the book and know exactly what to do.

Over eight weeks, you'll work toward:

• Building practical bodyweight strength
• Improving movement quality and control
• Developing better balance, stability, and coordination
• Building confidence with foundational movements
• Progressing without turning fitness into another full-time commitment

The program follows a simple weekly structure: four focused strength days, one mobility day, one recovery day, and one rest day.

Most strength sessions are designed around 15–20 minutes, making the program realistic for dads balancing work, family, and everything else life throws at them.

Phase 2 isn't about collecting harder exercises or chasing exhaustion.

It's about learning to move well, building on what you already know, and becoming more capable through consistent practice.
