The directory aims to be as comprehensive as possible. As well as libraries wholly concerned with medicine, it lists nursing, veterinary, occupational therapy and pharmaceutical libraries, and information services such as those run by medical charities. The directory also gives details of special collections, hours of opening, number and name of staff, size of stock and special facilities that may be offered, such as online searching, photocopying services and audio-visual material. This directory is also available as a set of mailing labels.
