DEAN MARTIN was often viewed as a performer with a laid-back, carefree approach to life. After a tempestuous 10-year comedy partnership with Jerry Lewis, Dean's association with Frank Sinatra became legendary, while Dean himself starred in his award-winning weekly variety shows and movies and recorded countless hit singles. BERNARD H THORPE first met Dean in 1960, becoming a staunch promoter of his career. DEAN MARTIN: RECOLLECTIONS is a unique, respectful and insightful look into the life of a legendary celebrity and the story of how an unassuming family man from the British media industry became a life-long advocate and friend.
