Behavioral differences are God-given blessings if properly used. However, these same styles can become disastrous when improperly applied. Using the renowned DISC behavioral system, the authors highlight the unique leadership styles of 16 famous leaders who made a dynamic impact on the world and biblical history. These same leadership styles are also shown to parallel the leadership styles of Jesus but with one unique difference... Jesus continually transitions perfectly to meet each need whereas the other leaders tended to use only one style. The lesson to be learned is in appreciating the diversity of leadership styles and when to apply them. Jesus is the book's model. This is a companion volume to the Understanding How Others Misunderstand You book and workbook which profiles over 20 additional biblical characters.

Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor
Ken Voges is the original author of the Biblical Personal Profile which associates individuals in the Bible with the DISC model of behavior, first published in 1984. The information found in the Biblical Personal Profile is based on William Marston's foundational work, The Emotions of Normal People, which defines behavior through the clustering of traits on four continuums, DISC. Ken Voges has been cross-referencing and validating the DISC behavioral model with biblical characters for over 35 years. Ken currently does consulting for various businesses, educational institutions and ministry organizations around the world. Various parts of Ken's work have been translated into over seven languages currently.
