Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor
Holger Spamann is the Lawrence R. Grove Professor of Law at Harvard Law School, where he has been teaching Corporations since 2011. He also teaches the school’s Corporate Finance class, as well as classes on Hedge & Private Equity Funds and the Financial Crisis of 2007-2009. He practiced corporate law in New York and Europe before obtaining doctorates in law and economics and becoming an academic. He has published numerous academic articles on corporate law and other topics, and is a research member of the European Corporate Governance Institute.
