Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor: After receiving his Ph.D. at the University of Iowa, Ted Baumgartner taught measurement and statistics classes in the School of Health, Physical Education, Recreation and Dance at Indiana University for ten years. Since 1977 he has taught research, measurement, and statistics classes in the Department of Exercise Science at The University of Georgia. Ted started the Measurement in Physical Education and Exercise Science journal and was the first editor. He is a fellow in the American Academy of Kinesiology and Physical Education. Many of the measurement specialists in physical education and exercise science received their doctoral training with Ted.
