Pages remain bright and clear with minimal tanning and foxing. Binding remains firm. Pencil annotations and marginalia to pages throughout. Heavy tanning to free endpapers due to dust jacket flaps. Pen inscription to front free endpaper. Boards have mild edge-wear with slight rubbing to surfaces. Slight crushing to spine ends. Gilt lettering is bright and clear. Book has a slight forward lean. Clipped jacket. Panels and spine has moderate edgewear with chips, tears and creasing. Small loss to spine. Heavier tanning to spine and inside panels and wear marks throughout. Features Thomson's collection of poems: Seasons, along with his Epistles and a selection of Juvenalia. In a full, padded leather binding with gilt lettering to the spine, with a gilt monogram 'JT' to the front board.
