The author makes no claim to this booklet being an in-depth commentary of The Sermon on the Mount but his whole desire, I know, in life and in this book is to point people to put their faith in Jesus Christ, although the message is primarily to believers.

His object, alongside the call to Christ, is to show believers that the truly happy Christian is adhering to our Lord’s teaching in this Sermon. He shows that sound doctrine and holy lives go together.

The author majors on the fact that the requirements in the Sermon can only be lived out by the work and grace of God within.

Reading this booklet will challenge all who read it to consider whether they are living as salt and light in these dark times. For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also, Matt Ch 6 v21 sums up the message of this booklet.

I can fully recommend it to all.
