MIs Intelligence Officer, Greg Kennedy had toured almost all of the great sights China had to offer. He, along with his wife Jude, was heading home, to a well earned retirement.
Meanwhile, in the UK, the Prime Minister was fighting for his Party and his job. A devastating I.T attack on London's business infrastructure, and the coincidental banishing of dozens of UK based Chinese students, wrongly thought by MI5 to be a terror cell, had caused political chaos. The opposition was using the mismanagement of it all to ask questions in parliament. The government might collapse.
Kennedy was asked' to shadow MI6's man in Shanghai. He would need to verify the initial investigation. What he didn't need, was to be sucked into a world of Triads, political intrigue, and deceipt. Everyone's reputation was on-the-line.
